Let's prepare the ingredients needed to prepare a salad with chicken, mushrooms and cheese.

Place chicken meat, in this case chicken fillet, in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Add salt, peppercorns and, if desired, parsley and celery roots. Boil the chicken meat until cooked. Then let it cool without removing from the broth.

In a frying pan, fry finely diced onions and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the cooled chicken meat into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Assemble the salad, laying out layers one by one.

1st layer - chicken meat. Lightly compact and apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on top.

2nd layer - fried mushrooms with onions. I did not grease this layer with mayonnaise.

3rd layer – grated cheese, lightly compacted.

Remove the ring, decorate with herbs and serve.

Prepare ingredients for salad. Rinse the chicken fillet under cold water, place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. After the water boils, reduce the heat to low, add salt and cook the meat until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel. Finely chop the cooled chicken meat or disassemble it into fibers.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms to the pan and fry them over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the very end of frying, salt the champignons to taste. Then remove the pan from the heat and cool the mushrooms.
Let's start collecting the salad. Place a culinary ring on a flat plate to form a salad (a culinary ring can also be made at home by cutting off a plastic bottle). Place chicken meat on the bottom of the plate, lightly compact it, and make a mayonnaise mesh.

Place the cooled champignons on top of the chicken meat and brush with mayonnaise.

Grate the eggs on a coarse grater, place on top of the mushrooms, level, lightly compact, add a little salt if desired and brush with mayonnaise.

Place finely grated cheese on top of the chicken, champignon and egg salad. Cover the salad with cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

After the time has passed, remove the sides from the salad, decorate as desired and serve. Layered salad with chicken, mushrooms and cheese turns out incredibly appetizing and will certainly decorate the holiday table.

Ingredients:

  • Fillet - 2 pieces
  • Champignons - half a kilo

  • Mayonnaise

  1. Boil the fillet and separate it into fibers.
  2. Chop the mushrooms quite finely, the onion also smaller and lightly fry it all together in any oil.
  3. Boil the eggs hard, grate coarsely (whites and yolks separately), and grate the cheese finely.
  4. Set aside 1 cucumber and 6-7 prunes for decoration, cut the rest into small strips.
  5. Beat the egg white with grated cheese and mayonnaise with a fork, and squeeze a clove of garlic into the mixture if desired.

Now we assemble the salad: chicken, mushrooms, cheese, cucumber in this order.

  • 1st layer - prunes.
  • 2 - chicken, it must be well seasoned with mayonnaise.
  • 3 - pickled cucumber
  • 4 - egg yolk, grease with mayonnaise again, but not too much (the next layer is quite greasy)
  • 5 - mushrooms fried with onions

Now the whole thing needs to be generously greased with a mixture of cheese, eggs and mayonnaise. All that remains is to decorate our festive salad with chicken, mushrooms and cheese. Hard boil the eggs; to do this, bring the water to a boil and put the eggs in the water and cook for about 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.

Lay out the salad in layers in the following order, greasing each layer with 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise:

  1. Chicken meat
  2. walnuts
  3. fried mushrooms with onions

We can use greenery for decoration. To obtain a more pronounced taste, let the salad brew in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Ingredients:

  • champignons (fresh) - 200 gr.;
  • breast (chicken) - 200 gr.;
  • egg (chicken) - 1 pc.;
  • cheese (hard) - 100 gr.;
  • mayonnaise - 200 gr.;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - to taste.

Preparation:

Boil the chicken breast, let it cool and cut into small cubes.

We put 1 layer of our salad, chicken fillet, and grease it with mayonnaise on top.

Place the cooled mushrooms in the second layer. You shouldn’t lubricate them with mayonnaise, because they are in vegetable oil.

The next layer should be grated eggs. If desired, you can add a mayonnaise mesh.

And at the end of the salad you need to sprinkle grated cheese.

The salad is ready, it just needs to sit in the refrigerator for about one hour, although you can serve it that way.

We prepare a delicious salad with chicken, mushrooms, cheese and juicy tomatoes. Boil the poultry fillet, fry the mushrooms with onions, and simply chop the remaining ingredients. We season the “mix” of vegetables and meat with standard mayonnaise and, after mixing together, enjoy a hearty, juicy dish.

  1. After heating a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the finely chopped onion until lightly browned.
  2. Add mushrooms chopped into small pieces. Stirring occasionally, completely evaporate the moisture released by the champignons. Season with salt/pepper and remove from heat.
  3. Boil and cool the chicken fillet in advance. We separate the finished meat into fibers.
  4. Grate the cheese into large strips.
  5. We tear off the stalks and cut the “meaty” tomatoes into small pieces. Bright tomatoes will add color to the salad and make it juicier and “fresh”.
  6. Combine all prepared ingredients in a work bowl.
  7. Mix thoroughly, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. There is no need for long-term impregnation. Simply cool the salad by holding it on the refrigerator shelf for a while - and you can take it to the table. Serve as a stand-alone snack or in addition to the main lunch.
