Bend the sides - it will be more convenient. Make cuts along the fold lines in the corners of the box so that the paper lies flat.
Now you can glue.
Finally, decorate the base of the box.
Now let's return to the planks that have dried under pressure. Mark on them the location of future cells.
On long pieces, make marks on the side where the glued edge is visible, and on short pieces, on the opposite side. Then, when assembled, the grille will look neat.
Using the marks, make cuts to the middle of the cardboard. The width of the cut should be approximately equal to the thickness of the plank.

It is also necessary to make blanks for the cells (in this case, 14 pieces of 15 cm each). The last details are jumpers, the size of which corresponds to the desired width of the cells.

An organizer for underwear looks more aesthetically pleasing and becomes more convenient if it is covered with fabric rather than simply left in cardboard. That is why we need to take the fabric and cut it into strips of 50 and 30 cm (in addition, we need to add 1 cm on each side for hems).

Option #2. How to make wooden partitions

Step 1. To begin with, you need to cut individual parts from a thin sheet of plywood according to the dimensions and pattern of the dividers. They should have the same height as the box. There should be a total of 4 walls and 3 partitions.

We will need thick fabric (I had “teak” lying in my chest for about 20 years), 12 mm wide tape and thick cardboard, scissors (). We will make an organizer 36x36cm and 8 cm high. First of all, let's draw it, I decided to make 8 cells 9x9 and 4 cells 9x18. After everything is drawn, we begin to calculate how long we need to cut the strips for the internal partitions.

The first stripe consists of 1 horizontal and 1 vertical partition 9 cm each, which means equal to 18 cm plus allowances on both sides. How to calculate the rest is shown in the figure. We cut the strips 14 cm wide so that when folded they are 1 cm smaller than the main width of the organizer. Using a marker () we immediately make markings along which we will sew them together.

We sew parts of the inner walls between the partitions, so that there is 0.5 cm from the top and bottom from the edge of the partition to the edge of the wall.

Sew on the outer walls and trim the top edge with tape

Next, you need to cut out the bottom and side walls from thick cardboard, which are inserted into the prepared side walls for density (or the cardboard is sheathed or covered with fabric - as is convenient for you).
The strips for the partitions are sewn together and finished with bias tape.
Then the side parts are sewn together, into which cardboard is immediately inserted as a seal and the bottom. You can make secret locks so that the cardboard can be removed and the cover washed.
The last stage is connecting the structure to each other and decorating it. You can use lace, beads, bows, stickers - as much as your imagination allows.
