Download drawings of a container block made of sandwich panels. Technology for manufacturing the load-bearing frame of a container block

Scheme metal block container shows the standard arrangement of windows and doors, partitions and walls. You can change all this, bringing it as close as possible to what you need. The advantage of such designs is that they can be changed with great ease, without compromising quality. Transporting a block container is also easier than wooden house. Its fastenings are more reliable, the walls are stronger. A change house of this format is quite well prepared for cold weather. Company KRAUS offers you standard schemes the most common. When purchasing any cabin from us, you receive a certificate of conformity.

Scheme of a modular block container

Studying diagram of a modular block container for consultation You can't always imagine what this house will look like in reality. It is quite possible that you will want to change something. This is precisely why there is an opportunity to visit our exhibition site. Here you will see our work, feel the strength of the fasteners, and find out exactly what it looks like finished design. Block containers made of sandwich panels manufactured by our company meet all sanitary and hygienic requirements. They will not get moisture, anti-corrosion, moisture resistant coating will protect the house and extend its service life. for a summer residence, which is based on sandwich panels, does not depend on temperature changes and climatic influences.

Cost of containers (St. Petersburg and Leningrad region)

The price of such packaging is relatively low, which allows almost everyone to purchase it. Despite the simplicity of their design, they are very reliable, which allows you to safely transport various cargo even over long distances.

The basis of such containers is quite durable frame, which is made by welding steel blocks together. To create a reliable foundation, longitudinal and transverse beams are used. The side panels are welded into it at the corners. Similar beams are used when arranging the roof. The entire perimeter of the container is lined with anti-corrosion steel sheets. The thickness of the steel ranges from 1.5 to 2 millimeters. Only high quality alloy steel is used.

Wood is used to construct a reliable flooring, which will allow transporting goods with large mass. In most cases, pressed plywood is used, the thickness of which can reach 4 centimeters. To prevent the formation of mold and fungi inside the container, pressed plywood can be impregnated with special solutions.

Drawing of containers of any type can be found on our website. Here you can find out about the cost, technical characteristics and delivery conditions.

Pledged frame technology. However, instead of lumber and KDK (laminated veneer lumber), solid-drawn or bent metal was used. Depending on the purpose and method of operation, both frame technologies were used for the construction of block containers - Platform and Balun.

Later, panel-type block containers made of a metal sandwich appeared. At the same time, manufacturing methods differ significantly in material intensity and labor costs. All this affects the cost of production, maintainability and service life as a whole.

Procurement of materials

To reduce the cost of container blocks, instead of cold/hot rolled metal, a bent profile of standard and complex sections is often used. Therefore, the manufacturer purchases only sheet steel and equips its workshops with guillotines and bending machines.

Cut

In contrast to long drawn and rolled metal products, the length of the bent profile is limited by the size of the shears and bending machines. But modern guillotines are CNC-controlled, which significantly reduces the complexity of operations and increases accuracy. Therefore, the prefabricated container block has perfectly adjusted seating surfaces.

Bending

To give strip blanks sheet metal complex spatial shapes and modern equipment is also used. Specifically for the manufacture of block containers, a bent profile is much more profitable than factory rolled metal for a number of reasons:

  • for some assortment items there are simply no analogues;
  • even with minimum thickness the walls of the channel and angle, the safety factor exceeds 300 - 500%;
  • the bent profile reduces the material consumption of production and the cost of the final product.

Designers set the actual required values for shelf widths and bending radii, based on specific structural and operational loads

Splice

Short pieces of bent profile have to be joined by welding. To provide High Quality spatial geometry of the assortment, special conductors and permanent connection technologies are used, for example, semi-automatic welding in a shielding gas environment.

Technology Platform

Features of the frame method using Platform technology are:

  • first, the lower frame frame is made, the subfloor is laid, which then serves as a platform;
  • The walls are assembled horizontally in place on the platform, and then raised to a vertical position and fastened together with bolts or welding.

In Platform technology, the assembly is always floor-by-floor, which is ideal for modular building construction methods.

Wall frames

The Platform method was basically created to build frame houses in a building spot. In the factory, the enclosing structures of the container block are manufactured on conductors using modern equipment. Therefore, there is no point in performing all operations on rough floor platform, you can do this on a conveyor belt, and then assemble the module from ready-made elements.

At the joints, either fitting parts (45 degree angle) or gussets are used to increase the area of the weld joint. First, the wall frame is constructed, then racks are added along the contour of the door and window openings, crossbars and horizontal lintels as required.

Welding and seam processing

In industrial conditions in the presence of machines, equipment, special tool and specialists who know how to use all this professionally, the quality of the container block increases sharply. Weld seams are cleaned using an angle grinder with abrasive equipment after non-destructive testing departments of Quality Control Department.

Then Wall panels are joined on the platform by welding, creating a single spatial frame with a high margin of safety.

Coloring

During continuous production, paint shops are equipped painting booths and booths, allowing to reduce the consumption of paints and varnishes, improve the quality of the protective and decorative coating and comply with the requirements of occupational safety, fire safety of the facility and environmental standards.

In this case, multilayer powder and dispersion coatings are used to protect against corrosion. The requirements of the technical process are fully met; the paint is applied after the welds are made.

Balun technology

In some cases, the Balun frame technology is used, which has some features:

  • first, the lower strapping belt is made;
  • stands made of bent or seamless profile are welded onto it;
  • An upper strapping belt is created on top of the racks, and crossbars are mounted above the door/window openings.

This technology is less material-intensive compared to the Platform. However, thick-walled rolled metal is used here to strengthen the frames of block containers intended for harsh operating conditions or placement technological equipment. In the enclosing structures, the block container North contains required amount thermal insulation material for specific climatic conditions of the region.

Internal wooden frame

The walls, floors and ceilings of a classic container block are multi-layered. External cladding Usually it is a corrugated steel sheet, which can be easily fixed to the elements of the load-bearing frame made of rolled metal.

Internal walls are made of wood-containing sheet materials– Chipboard, OSB, DSP, MDF, plywood. It is more convenient to mount them on a wooden frame, which is created from boards or bars mounted on metal racks.

The sheathing cells are filled with insulation for all-season use or regions with harsh climates. In the Lux container block variants, the wiring of engineering systems is usually made inside the frame structures.

At the exit, the block container is at least 85% ready for operation, since the interiors and facades are already finished at the factory, communications are installed, and they have outlet fittings for connection to life support systems at the facility.

Block container made of sandwich panels

When used as wall material sandwich panels, the technology for manufacturing block containers is simplified as much as possible:

  • the metal sandwich has self-supporting ability;
  • the number of racks of the power frame is sharply reduced;
  • material consumption and labor intensity of production are reduced;
  • the insulation is already incorporated into the enclosing structures.

However, the cost of sandwich panels is significantly higher than that of the structural materials from which they are composed if purchased separately. Therefore, a block container made from sandwich panels costs almost the same as a manufactured one in the usual way. Collapsible options are more expensive, but in some cases they are much more convenient to use, for example, when moving frequently construction crews.

The manufacturer of Change Houses in the Russian Federation sells block containers of all specified types. And he designs from them modular buildings of any purpose with increased comfort.

Change houses have several main purposes: organizing everyday life construction site, temporary housing in the country, organization of checkpoints, warehouses and much more. Depending on the purpose of the cabin, its design and size are chosen.

Types of cabin structures

All cabins that are sold today can be divided into two general groups:

The former are often used on summer cottages, as a temporary structure for the warm season. Well-insulated timber products with a heating system allow you to live in them all year round. The construction shed is a collapsible structure, the basis of which is metal carcass. Detail drawing will help you fold this structure yourself without any problems.

The basis of all cabins is structural elements, which have clear dimensions. Thus, the change house can be built and decorated inside from:

  • boards and timber;
  • galvanized sheets;
  • natural or plastic lining;
  • insulation materials.

The cabin itself is a very simple structure, with dimensions of length 6.0 m, width 2.40 m, height 2.4 m, which, as a rule, consists of:

  • bent channel 100-120 mm.
  • corner posts – corner 75x75
  • roof – metal sheet 1.5 mm. cotton, smooth
  • insulation – mineral wool, thickness 50 mm URSA (floor, ceiling, walls)
  • vapor barrier – technical film
  • entrance door – frame, covered with sheet C-8 0.4 mm, or metal
  • interior door, if provided for by design
  • window – 800*1000 mm wooden or plastic, 2 glasses
  • The outer lining of the block container is galvanized sheet C8, 0.4 mm.
  • interior finishing – fibreboard (hardboard) or lining
  • floor - edged board 20-25 mm.

Depending on the type, it may consist of one single space, have a vestibule, or be divided into several rooms.

Container block design

The structural basis for creating a block of containers is a metal channel. The walls of such a product are assembled from special sandwich panels. Block containers are very easy to assemble and have a relatively low cost.

A container block can easily be converted into a living space. Having cut openings for windows and doors, installing there metal-plastic structures by executing in it interior work and by creating a heating system there, you can feel great in such a room even in the cold season.

Construction of a wooden cabin

Concerning wooden structures, then the basis for them is a beam with a cross-section of 100-150 mm. The inside of the cabin is insulated and lined with wooden clapboard. Such cabins are very light and warm compared to other designs. They warm up faster and retain heat well. One of the advantages of such buildings is that there is no need to lay a foundation for them.

The most the best option Coniferous beams are used for such buildings. They will give the cabin increased strength and reliability. This design will last for more than one year. It can be used as a place to live or for a bath.

Metal shed design

For the implementation of large construction projects that take several years to build, it stands on a metal frame. Its service life is from 5 years. The basis for a metal cabin is the frame, which is finished with outside corrugated sheeting or polymer coating. The following can serve as interior decoration:

As a rule, a flat roof is used here, which needs additional protection. Construction of a cabin with flat roof allows you to install such products on top of each other in the form of a modular town.

The design of block containers and security posts is based on a metal frame, which consists of a bent channel 120x50x3 and 140x60x4 mm, steel 3SP/PS-5, GOST 8278-83, which serves as the bottom and top harness. Metal corner posts are also made of 3SP/PS-5 steel and have a C-shaped profile to increase the strength and stability of the frame.

All metal parts are welded together. Welded seams are reinforced with metal embeds, corner gussets and plates.

The frame of the metal cabin and security post is covered with enamel to prevent corrosion and rust. The enamel color can be chosen at the customer's request.

The roof of the block container is made of sheet metal St08ps5, TU 14-106-321-2010, 1.2 mm thick. Sheets of metal are welded together in a continuous seam using semi-automatic welding in an environment carbon dioxide- this is the most reliable type of welding that will provide protection against water penetration through the roof, its integrity and durability. The roof, like the frame, is covered with enamel to prevent corrosion.

The metal frame is strengthened wooden sheathing, which consists of a block coniferous species wood natural humidity, section 100x40 mm. Wooden frame serves to increase the strength qualities of the structure and for fastening the internal and exterior finishing.

Mineral wool from various manufacturers, such as URSA, Knauf, ISOVER, ROCKWOOL, is used as insulation. Depending on the wishes of the customer, the thickness of the insulation of the block container can be 50 or 100 mm, insulation from stone wool and soundproofing mineral wool panels.

The interior decoration of the block container and security post is distinguished by its appearance and quality finishing materials. The main criterion for selecting interior decoration is the intended purpose of the selected structure. For example, for housing construction crews or for a warehouse at a construction site, tire service - a block container with economy-class finishing, such as “hardboard (fibreboard)” or “fibreboard (Fibreboard)” is suitable. A block container designed for organizing a sales office, a store, an engineering staff headquarters, a security post - a more expensive and high quality finish. Such as "MDF panels", wooden lining. Of course, these examples do not exclude mutual replacement of each other. Very often orders from our company metal cabins for the resettlement of construction crews with excellent interior decoration- MDF panels.

For the exterior finishing of the block container, galvanized C8 corrugated sheet, 0.4/0.45 mm thick, is used. Profiled sheet C8 has a large number of stiffening ribs which creates additional reinforcement of the walls of the block container, its reliability and integrity. As an additional package, we offer polymer-coated corrugated sheets (RAL), which can be various colors. With colors and options appearance You can familiarize yourself with the appearance of the block container and security post in the configurator.

As standard, the container block has wooden windows measuring 80x65 centimeters (over glass). Wooden windows have double glazing. To improve the comfort and other qualities of the block container and security post, we can offer plastic tilt-and-turn windows measuring 90x80 centimeters.

The floors of the block container have a multi-layer structure. At the base of the block container there is a rough edged board, which is the “bottom” of the structure and on which it is laid vapor barrier film and insulation. The last finishing layer is moisture-resistant chipboard 16 mm., or tongue and groove batten 28 mm. To improve the comfort, durability and safety of the floor, we suggest laying linoleum.

As entrance doors We use several types of different doors in the block container and security post.
