History of University

The history of the university begins with. Then the Moscow Women's Courses were organized. Then the courses were transformed into the 2nd Moscow State University, from which the independent 2nd Moscow State Medical Institute emerged, which in the year received the name of the outstanding Russian surgeon and anatomist Nikolai Ivanovich Pirogov (-). Principles of training

Students study medicine and various aspects of it for six years at 54 departments of the University. Training is carried out not only in purely pediatric departments, but also in departments where diseases among adults are studied.

In addition to clinical training, pediatricians study basic sciences. Graduates have the opportunity, after receiving a diploma as a pediatrician, to work in any medical specialty.

In addition to theoretical training, students must undergo practical training. August 5 – the second wave of enrollment based on the results of the Unified State Exam. In Moscow, it started with a scandal. At the Pirogov Medical University, three quarters of the applicants recommended for admission turned out to be non-existent on the list of applicants. After publicity, their names were immediately removed. Now real applicants have a chance to get into the “second honey”.

Programmer Viktor Simak had no intention of being a whistleblower. I just wanted to help my friend get into medical school. He began to analyze the rating lists of applicants, and suddenly, unexpectedly, he found out that at the Russian National Research University named after Pirogov, in common parlance - the second medical school, all budget places are occupied by beneficiaries, and even with high scores on the Unified State Exam. Later, Victor discovered that all these people were virtual - he counted about 700 of them. “As a result of the analysis, I found out that these high-scoring beneficiaries that I found cover not only the first, but also the second wave,” Simak said.

Victor posted the discovered list of dead souls on the student forum and asked at least someone to respond. No one from the list responded. But other messages came: “My son last year applied to the Russian State Medical University on a preferential basis, but went to study at another university. But this year he is again on the ranking lists. We compared the lists of the Faculty of Medicine for 2010 and 2011. In the current lists we found "Several familiar surnames of applicants who received benefits from last year, who study at other medical universities. There are just complete coincidences, and there is data in which 1-2 letters of the surname have been changed."

Indeed, the lists are very similar: for example, in 2010, Alexander Vasilievich Adamov, in 2011 - Alexander Vasilievich Adamchuk; in 2010 - Bakatina Natalia Sergeevna, in 2011 - Bakartina.

According to Victor Simak, who was the first to discover the fake lists, this could have been a completely deliberate fraud. This is its meaning: Lists of applicants are formed based on the results of the Unified State Exam. In this case, all ghost applicants had very high scores. Naturally, they are recommended for enrollment, but they do not show up at the university at the appointed time. It is always possible to fill the places vacated in this way by those whose USE results were very modest for admission to a university.

The strange lists hung on the University’s website for two weeks, but an internal review began only two days ago, when the scandalous information reached journalists.

“This is painstaking work, very serious, because 30 thousand applications, it allowed us to really identify the presence of differences, which allows us to believe that in recent days this incorrect, unnecessary, superfluous information has been entered onto our external website,” said the rector of RNRMU named after Pirogov Nikolai Volodin.

The Ministry of Health and Social Development and Rosobrnadzor began a large-scale inspection at the University. The first results are already known. The auditors do not rule out that university employees were involved in the appearance of the scandalous lists. Thus, according to the head of Rosobrnadzor Lyubov Glebova, it was found that out of the lists of 709 people recommended for enrollment, 536 people, which is 75%, “do not exist in nature.”

Now there is an emergency at the University, the lists are urgently corrected and applicants are calling to tell the good news. As reported by the Ministry of Health and Social Development, based on the results of the inspection, a report will be prepared to the minister and organizational conclusions will be drawn.

Admission to training at the expense of budgetary allocations is carried out on a competitive basis, unless otherwise provided by Federal Law No. 273-FZ. Admission to study places with payment of tuition fees by individuals and (or) legal entities is carried out on the conditions determined by local regulations of the University in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The conditions for admission to study in basic professional educational programs guarantee respect for the right to education and enrollment from among applicants who have the appropriate level of education, the most capable and prepared to master the educational program of the appropriate level and the appropriate focus.

Description

The history of the Russian State Medical University begins in 1906. Then, under the influence of the progressive public, Moscow women's courses were organized.
