Wash the tomato, chop it in any way: finely cut into cubes or grate coarsely. Chop the onion into thin half rings. Peel the peppers (hot and bell) from seeds with partitions, and then finely chop. Grind the cilantro in any way.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan like a cauldron. Fry the onion there until slightly brown. Pour the peppers into the pan while continuing to sauté the vegetables. Salt, pepper, and caraway seeds to taste.

  • meat - 600 gr;
  • Swiss cheese - 100 gr;
  • blue cheese - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • egg - 4 pcs.;
  • city ​​bun - 1 pc.;
  • greens - to taste.

How to cook:

From a lean piece of meat, cook a steep broth without adding roots, vegetables and aromatic seasonings. Strain the finished broth and cut the meat into pieces.

Cheese cream soup gets its thickness by grinding all its components.

Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool and remove the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks thoroughly with a fork. Remove the crust from the dry loaf and grate the center. Grate the cheese as well.

Combine all products together. For better mixing, add a little broth. Place the resulting mixture in the broth and simmer for 30-35 minutes.

Place small pieces of meat into a bowl of soup and garnish with herbs.

Cheese soup with salmon

Delicate and brightly flavored cheese soup with salmon and shrimp is nutritious and rich.

And the blue mold of the cheese adds its own piquant note to the flavor palette of the dish.

Required ingredients:

  • salmon (fillet) - 300 g;
  • shrimp - 300 gr;
  • soft cheese - 100 g;
  • Dor Blue cheese - 100 gr;
  • carrots, potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • leek - 50 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

How to cook:

Shrimp for soup should be boiled and frozen. They should be defrosted and cleaned.

Remove the skin from a piece of fish and cut the fillet into small cubes. Crush Dor Blue into pieces.

Prepare vegetables for cooking. Finely chop the leek into strips, and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.

Place all the soft cheese in boiling water (1.5 l). Stirring constantly until the cheese is completely dissolved.

When boiling again, add potatoes and carrots. Boil vegetables for about 10 minutes.

Add the salmon in pieces and cook everything over low heat for 20 minutes.

5-7 minutes before the vegetables and fish are ready, add blue cheese and place the shrimp in the pan.

Season the dish with salt and spices to taste. At the end of cooking, add the onion, let the dish boil for the last time, and then turn off the fire.

Before serving, fish cheese soup with shrimp should sit for several minutes under a tight lid. And during this time you can prepare garlic croutons.

It is important to remember that all cheese soups cannot be stored for long periods of time. They should be consumed immediately after preparation. The maximum shelf life for this dish is one day in the refrigerator with the lid closed.

  • mustard - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp. spoon;

2. Fry the chicken fillet in butter until it is covered with a golden crust. This process is short-lived, so don’t stray far from the stove :)


3. It’s better to heat the vegetable oil side by side in another frying pan. Send the chopped onion into it, and when it turns transparent golden, introduce it to its companions - wonderful champignons!

Stir this mixture periodically until the juice that the mushrooms give evaporates.

4. In the meantime, it’s time to place the browned meat in boiling salted water. And after about 20-30 minutes, this water can rightfully be called chicken broth.


5. Then add the main thing to the broth - cheese! For this important step, the cheese needs to be prepared. But nothing complicated - we’ll just grate it.

By the way, it would be nice to first put the processed cheese in the freezer for a few minutes - then it will be easier to grate it.

Pour the cheese into the pan and stir until it is completely dissolved.


6. Following the cheese, fried onion and mushroom goes into the soup, followed by chopped garlic. Nutmeg, ground black pepper and herbs will also not be superfluous in our delicate aromatic soup.
