The full range of SPI components is given in the diagram for dividing the product into components SLGK.425698.001 E1.

The presence and number of system components, as well as their configuration, are determined by the order card for a specific design SLGK.425698.001 KZ.

Note - The type of transmitters and transceivers is determined by the permit issued to the end user by the State Communications Supervision Authority.

5 Design and operation of the SPI

5.1 Operating principle.

5.1.1 The system can operate simultaneously via telephone lines (from 2 to 4 lines) and via a radio channel (from 1 to 2 channels).

5.1.2 Information transfer occurs when the state of the object device changes. Messages from the control panel are transmitted in the form of a digital message encoded in a specialized format. The received message is decrypted by the central station processor, and then processed by the monitoring program and sent to the printer. Simultaneous output of information to the software and printer eliminates the loss of information in the event of any problems in the monitoring program.

5.1.2 Depending on the type of object device and its service capabilities, information about the state of the object is transmitted to the central station. PPK systems can transmit a wide range of information:

Arming (indicating the user who armed);

Disarming (indicating the user who disarmed);

Partial arming (indicating the user who armed it);

Intrusion alarm (indicating zone number);

Fire alarm (indicating zone number);

Panic button (indicating the zone number);

Lack and restoration of 220V power supply;

Discharging and restoring the backup battery;

Opening and closing the device body;

Automatic test message;

Checking the functionality of the telephone communicator and radio transmitter;

5.1.3 From 8 to 96 loops can be connected to the control panel, depending on the type. The number of loops is increased using zone expanders. Arming and disarming of the device is carried out by the user directly at the site using an electromechanical lock by turning the key or using the keyboard by entering a personal code. The object is armed and disarmed automatically without the participation of central station personnel.

5.1.4 Passive detectors that have closed or open relay output contacts are connected to the control panel.

5.1.5 The software of the base unit of the central station receives and displays on the screen all the information that is transmitted to the central station by the site devices.

5.1.6 The base unit produces a sound signal of different tones and durations in accordance with the type of message received. An indication of alarmed, armed and disarmed objects is given. The program provides for the operator to handle alarms from objects. All incoming events are automatically recorded and archived, as well as operator actions to handle alarms. It is possible to generate reports on various parameters about the operation of the system.

5.1.7 The printer is operating in permanent seal messages received by the central station (even when the monitoring program is not running). Each received message is printed with the object identification number and time of receipt. Below is a description of the string that is printed when a message is received.

5.2 Work via telephone lines.

5.2.1 To work via telephone lines, the facility equipment and the central station are connected to telephone numbers of a city or local automatic telephone exchange.

5.2.2 The object device transmits messages in accordance with its functionality and the program stored in it. The installer determines which messages about changes in the state of the device will be transmitted to the central station.

When any of these states changes, a message is transmitted to the central station.

5.2.3 Before dialing the telephone number of the CA, the PPK communicator checks for the presence of a tone signal in the telephone line. If there is no tone, the PPK communicator will disconnect from the line and then reconnect.

5.2.4 After detecting a tone signal in the telephone line, the control panel communicator begins dialing the programmed first number of the central station. The dialing method – pulse or tone – is determined using software settings in the control panel itself.

If the control panel is connected to a local PBX number, you can enter additional digits to access a local PBX.

5.2.5 After dialing the number, the control panel waits for a permission signal from the central station to transmit the message. Having received the permission signal, the PPK communicator transmits a digital encoded message. Reception of the message is confirmed by a signal from the central station. After this, the message is considered transmitted.

5.2.6 The PPK communicator, after dialing a telephone number, has the ability to detect a “Busy” signal. If the dialed number of the central station is busy, or if the central station does not answer (PBX did not work correctly), the PPK communicator dials the next programmed number.

5.2.7 The control panel provides for the possibility of connecting a telephone set to it, which can be used as a regular local or city number. In the event of an alarm or other event, the PPK communicator will disconnect the line, even if it is in this moment busy and will automatically dial back to the central station.

5.3 Work via radio channel.

5.3.1 To operate via a radio channel, a transmitter with an antenna is connected to the control panel, and radio units and antenna-feeder devices are connected to the central station.

5.3.2 When working over a radio channel, only the PAF format is used, in which all control panels of the system can transmit information.

5.3.3 The object device transmits messages in accordance with its functionality and software settings. The installer determines the types of messages sent to the CA. The types of messages transmitted to the CA are determined by the installer in agreement with the client

When the state of the control panel changes, the transmitter is turned on, and a message is transmitted to the central station via a radio channel.

5.3.4 The message transmission algorithm depends on the type of control panel and the software settings entered into it. The PPK transmitter transmits the message a certain number of times with pauses between them.

5.3.5 The central station issues a message to the printer and software only once. Repeated messages are ignored.

5.4 Use of on-site devices in the system that are not part of the SPI.

5.4.1 Site devices with a built-in digital communicator can transmit messages to the central station via telephone line. In this case, the central station will receive all the information that the service capabilities of each panel allow to transmit.

5.4.2 To operate via a radio channel of this type of control panel, an object unit (transmitter) TR-100 Stand Alone is required. The information output contacts of the PPK relay are connected to the transmitter inputs. The transmitter transmits a message about changes in the state of its inputs indicating their number, i.e., when the relay contacts on the control panel are activated. Thus, general information from the facility about an alarm or malfunction is transmitted via a radio channel, and is received via a telephone line detailed information about the event.

5.4.3 Any fire and security devices that have relay output contacts can be interfaced with the central station using the TR-100 Stand Alone (information transmission only via radio) or the BO-5RT (DLR-100) site device (message transmission via radio is possible) radio channel and telephone line).

6 Design and operation of SPI components

6.1 The design and operation of the SPI components are presented in the technical documentation supplied with incoming and purchased products (See clauses 1.2, 1.3).

7 Diagnostic and control system

7.1 SPI "Andromeda" has complex system diagnostics and testing.

7.2 The central station monitors the status of its telephone lines.

7.3 The time is set during which the “Event Manager” module of the software must receive at least one message from the central station processor. If there is no message, the software will display the message " Anxiety. Event timeout exceeded»

7.4 The software controls the receipt of signals from objects. The control time is set individually for each object in the Object Manager module. If there is no message, the software will display the message " Anxiety. No audit event received».

7.5 On-site devices can perform testing functions both manually and automatically according to an established program.

Availability of main power 220 V;

Backup battery voltage;

Status of zone loops;

Condition of anti-sabotage loops;

Keyboard connection;

Telephone line status (presence of tone signal);

Control of the electronic key loop for arming/disarming;

Voltage control of additional 12V power outputs;

Control of information reception by the central station via telephone line;

Device software settings;

Monitoring microprocessor operating parameters.

7.6 On-site devices NORD-8/16, NORD-8K, NORD-8/16N, NORD-8/96 with a connected two-channel transmitter TR-100, as well as an on-site unit (autonomous transmitter) TR-100 SA can work with the central station in two-channel mode. For this, a variant of the basic unit CS with a CMS-420 processor with two radio inputs is used, i.e., two radio units operating at different frequencies must be installed at the central station.

When the specified devices operate in this mode, messages about arming and (or) disarming and a test message about the normal functioning of the facility equipment are transmitted on the same frequency. When a site alarm or malfunction occurs, the transmitter automatically switches to another frequency to transmit the message. Thus, alarm messages are transmitted over a specially dedicated communication channel, which significantly increases the stability of the system. The recommended frequency spacing in this case is 500 KHz - 2 MHz.

The time interval through which test messages are transmitted is programmed directly by the system user. The sending time between two test messages is set in minutes. The program monitors the frequency of receipt of test signals from the object and, if a message is not received from the object on time, issues an alarm to the operator on the computer. This allows you to constantly monitor the condition of the object (the integrity of the antenna, cable, control panel).

In the TR-100 SA transmitter, for each event type, the frequency at which the message will be transmitted can be set. The time interval for the test message can also be set in minutes.

Thus, we obtain the so-called “line control”, and at the same time we do not lose the functionality of the radio channel for receiving alarm information, since it is free from background test signals. The software displays on the computer screen only a violation in the schedule for receiving a test signal from the object.

7.7 The functions described in clause 7.6 allow you to monitor the communication channel simultaneously with the transmission of alarm/service information.

8 Software

8.1 Software “Andromeda” runs under Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT operating systems. Andromeda software is intended for servicing a large number of objects (>1000) with the obligatory separation of operator functions, however, it is quite possible to use it when servicing a smaller number of objects. In this regard, it is necessary to note the following features of the system:

8.2 The software is divided into independent functional parts (modules), each of which is designed to solve a specific task. This, on the one hand, allows each module to be maximally protected from the possible failure of another, and on the other hand, allows each module to be installed on a separate computer on the network.

8.3 The software is designed to work in a network that supports the IPX/SPX compatible protocol. Thus, changes made in the IPS on any computer on the network are immediately applied to all software modules running on the network.

8.4 The rights of the system operator are determined in relation to a specific action in a specific system module. Thus, levels of operator access are implemented both to the program as a whole and to its individual components, for example, it is possible to limit operator access both to the entire “Facility Manager” module and only to the function of editing the facility security schedule.

8.5 The CA allows you to receive and process events from control panels that have built-in communicators (digital message transmission units - specialized modems). Depending on the type of control panel, its functionality and service capabilities, it is possible to obtain certain information about the state of the object from the control panel. Most PPCs can transmit a wide range of information. For example, a specific user who armed or disarmed an object; location (zone number) of alarm or malfunction (break, short circuit); partial security of an object indicating unprotected zones and much more. Thanks to this, the duty operator has the most full information both about the state of the object (armed, disarmed, alarm, etc.), and about technical condition equipment (battery is discharged, there is no 220V, the telephone line is faulty, etc.).

Ability to work via GPRS channel (when installing an additional router with a GPRS modem).

Connecting a group of remote objects without building a network of repeaters. The distance between Cepheus and the central station is not limited in Ethernet transmission mode.

Reduced number of messages. By transmitting messages over Ethernet, radio frequency is freed up.

Constant reception of messages via radio channel. Unlike conventional repeaters, Cepheus is capable of receiving messages from object devices while transmitting information to the central station.

Substitution of frequencies. Reception of messages in one range (frequency), transmission in another.

In cases where it is necessary to build a network using a repeater without an Ethernet solution, it is possible to use the RTS-5 repeater.

Software

Andromeda Security Center is the most common professional software for monitoring objects in Russia.

Andromeda Security Center allows you to work with monitoring stations from various manufacturers, which increases system flexibility and reduces costs.

It is possible to build distributed notification processing systems by combining several consoles into a single network. Thanks to this, several consoles are controlled from the Unified Dispatch Center.

Andromeda Security Center

Security Center is software that provides solutions to problems of receiving, registering and processing notifications from protected real estate objects.

50 OBJECTS FOR FREE

Andromeda Security Center, free edition for 50 objects

The starting edition is a working product with no functionality restrictions. Thanks to the starter edition, security companies starting their activities can minimize costs.

To get the starting edition, just download the Security Center from the website cnord.ru. The transition to the version of the Security Center with a large number of objects is carried out by installing an electronic security key. In this case, reinstalling the software is not required.

Alarm scenarios

While processing an alarm, the operator registers actions using the software: call to the facility, call and arrival of the group, decisions made and reasons for canceling the alarm.

The security center offers the operator more. When working out a fire alarm, you need to perform actions different from those performed when working out a panic button. By linking alarms and their recommended actions, Security Center allows the operator to avoid missing out on the really important things.

If an alarm occurs due to a technical malfunction at the facility, the Security Center allows you to turn it off for a limited period of time, after which the Security Center will remind you of the malfunction if it has not been eliminated by that time.

Reliable data storage

The Security Center stores data in a modern Microsoft SQL Server DBMS, which meets the most stringent requirements for reliability and performance of such products.

A well-thought-out backup system allows you to save data in any situation and in case of any failure.

All editions of the Security Center work on a single software platform designed for a large number of objects and events.

Reception of events from most remote controls

Altonika

Proxima

There are no technical restrictions on the number of remote controls simultaneously connected to the Security Center. It is possible to connect site equipment directly to the Security Center, for example, equipment operating via GSM (GPRS) or Ethernet.

Fault monitoring

With the help of the Security Center, you can free the duty operator from having to monitor typical faults at sites. For example, if 220 V is not restored at the facility within a specified period of time, the Security Center will automatically create an alarm and require an operator response. The same applies to temporary malfunctions of communication channels at sites - the operator does not need to independently control their restoration: the Security Center will cope with this task perfectly.

Detailed description of objects

If the Security Center is used, then no information about objects will be lost: each object can be described in great detail: from name to note, through separate lists for sections, loops and responsible persons. If some field is missing, you can add it; this option is also provided.

In the Security Center, information about objects is actively used: the operator immediately sees the names of alarm loops or the name of the person in charge who carried out the removal; the same information can be included in the SMS message that will be sent by the RBI.

Working with reports

The reports supplied with the Security Center allow everyone to get the information they need. Thus, the operator on duty can view received events and alarms or print a report on the shift being completed.

Using reports, the database administrator monitors the completion of site cards, and line engineers receive information about false alarms and loss of signals from sites. The management team evaluates the performance of operators, RRTs and engineers, creating appropriate analytical reports.

Login via alarm

A common security tactic is that disarming an object is always done through an alarm. The security center offers a convenient and safe solution for such objects, allowing the operator not to be distracted by analyzing alarms that are about to be cleared, but at the same time, immediately drawing his attention to situations that require intervention.

Networking

As the number of objects increases, one computer is no longer enough: the operator must respond to events coming from objects, the database administrator needs to create new objects and make changes to the cards of existing ones, and engineers need to print reports on false alarms. Thanks to the opportunity to work in local network, Security Center allows everything

Perform these actions simultaneously on computers on the network.

Displaying objects and GBR on the map

The ability of the Security Center to display alarming objects and the location of the SRT on a map of the area allows you to visually represent the operational situation and significantly simplify decision-making for the operator: he simply sees what is happening.

Sharing objects between operators

When there are really a lot of objects, the efficiency of one operator on duty decreases significantly. But simple magnification The number of operators cannot solve the problem: after all, each of them will work with the same, very large amount of information. The Security Center allows you to divide information flows between operators, allocating for each of them its own range of object numbers.

Import data from common programs

Import is possible from the Guardian, CSM32, Andromeda 1.x-2.8 programs.

For creating comprehensive protection It is not enough for a building to have only video monitoring equipment: it must also have software that manages all surveillance elements. Among the Russian control systems, the Andromeda security system with a wide range of actions stands out, which has various functionality. The main distinguishing characteristics of Andromeda is the ability to operate on equipment from different manufacturers, as well as the ability not only to control all video monitoring and protection mechanisms, but also to perform notifications and monitor the situation at the facility.

Characteristics of the security complex and features of the functions performed
