The work of the timber accounting system consists both in building a base of actual legal relations and documents created in the process of their execution, which make it possible to calculate how legal transactions with timber are. Sources and channels for providing data to EGAIS

Information in the Unified State Automated Information System is required to be provided by: representatives of bodies vested with state power, municipal self-government bodies, legal entities, private businessmen, Rosleskhoz. 1. How to install CIPF “CryptoPro”

1.1. Install the required modification of the CIPF “CryptoPro CSP” (3.6 or 3.9) in accordance with the license you purchased. Subsequent implementation is done in accordance with the alerts that are the import program.

1.2. Subsequently, enter the unique number specified in the license form for the right to own the CryptoPro CSP CIPF. 4. Installing an individual certificate from the main source

4.2. In a separate window, to join the zone of the selected website, enter the address http://lesegais.ru/ in the “Add the next node to the zone” area and then use the “Add” and “Close” buttons step by step.

4.3. To install an individual certificate on your computer from the main media (USB drive or Rutoken device), add it to the computer and run the “CryptoProCSP” program: “Start” - “Control Panel” - “CryptoPro CSP” (or “Start” - “ Settings" - "Control Panel" - "CryptoPro CSP").
In the window provided, go to the “Service” tab and click the “View certificates in the container...” button.

Next, in the “Certificates in the private key container” window, click on the “Browse” button. After which the “Select a key container” window will be offered, and in it, after selecting a suitable container, you must confirm your preference with the “OK” button. The name of the key container will automatically fit into the corresponding column.

The “Next” button will open the “Properties” tab in the next window with the identity data. Result - a viewing window will appear with the “Install Certificate” button. Once the Certificate Import Wizard window opens, you will need to use the Next button. In the next window, you must enter the storage selection toggle switch to the “Place all certificates in the following storage” position, and using the “Browse” key, select “Personal” as the name of the data bank and click the “Next” button

The Certificate Import Wizard will be completed by clicking the “Finish” button and the “OK” button. Successful import of the certificate makes it possible to sign the transaction declaration. It is important to mention that only information with the status “Signed” is considered submitted to the Unified State Automated Information System for Timber Accounting. Features of the practical application of the system

Installing the transport module To obtain the transport module, go to your personal account again. Please note that there are two versions of the transport module: test and production. All data transmitted via the working UTM is recorded in the Unified State Automated Information System and it is unacceptable to use it to check and test the work.

At this stage, you should install a test transport module, and only after you have configured the entire system and are sure that it is working, should you reinstall the transport module to its working version. Download the required distribution and start the installation; the first stage of installation should not cause any particular difficulties. But then you will need a crypto key and a certain amount of attentiveness.


First of all, it would be a good idea to find a permanent location for the crypto key, since if it is missing, the transport module will not load and its services will need to be started manually.

How to get a certificate for egais (jacarta and cap)

First on the list is the JaCarta Unified Client and JaCarta SecurLogon 2.7.0.1226; in our opinion, this is the most convenient solution and there is no reason to refuse it. Currently, the Unified Client does not support Windows 10, so if you use this OS, you will need to download and install the JaCarta GOST for Windows and JaCarta PKI for Windows packages.
