Closed circuit

With a closed (centralized) hot water supply system, hot water from the heating network is used exclusively for heating, and hot water supply is provided through a separate circuit or carried out by heating the water supply drinking water at central heating points (CHS).


In accordance with current legislation, tariffs for hot water in a closed hot water supply system are set in the form of two-component tariffs, consisting of a component for cold water and a component for thermal energy.
