Verses 13 – 15. The conclusion of the Third Epistle is in many ways similar to the end of the Second Epistle. The author justifies the brevity of the letter with the hope of a quick meeting. Perhaps this was the customary way to end letters at that time.

In 1929, an unusual radio transmission was caught on a wave of 75 meters. It was broadcast in 4 languages - Chinese, Russian, Spanish and English. Did the aliens really contact earthlings?

Opinions vary as to whether the radio message is true or not. Someone notes that the information presented corresponds to the spirit of the time and can be gleaned from science fiction novels. Others note that some facts are truly a discovery and people could not have known about them in 1929. Thus, Nikomo notified earthlings about the erroneous opinion about the expansion of the Universe, and also indicated that in 10 years a terrible war would begin on Earth.

The orderliness of the information provided speaks in favor of the authenticity of the message. To put it together and make it available to the public, a small research institute would have to work for a long time. Nicomo’s mention that the first and second messages were delivered to earthlings in 576 BC does not help. and in 711 AD. Was it advisable to alert the people of that time to the existence of aliens? If we assume that their level of development was low, then no. Why then did the aliens do this?

If they thought that in this way the message from the aliens would be transmitted to future generations, then one has to doubt the foresight of the aliens. It is also strange that what exactly was indicated in the first two messages is still not known. It is not clear why the message was conveyed to us, because by the standards of humanoids, the modern race of people also does not have high intelligence. Text of the third message to humanity from CON

The intelligent inhabitants of the Earth, the race that calls itself Humanity, are approached by the Coalition Detachment of Observers, calling itself CON. This CON appeal to earthlings is the third in a row, a control one.
The KON sent its first appeal in 19576 (00576) BC to the residents of the largest city on Earth at that time, Apuradhapura.
The second message was conveyed by KON in 711 AD to the residents of the city of Tkaattzetcoatl, the largest at that time on the American continent.
This CON message to earthlings is basically identical to the first two in content, compiled in the main languages of the Earth today: Chinese, English, Russian and Spanish. The text of the appeal has been adjusted taking into account the current level of knowledge and misconceptions of the inhabitants of the Earth. The purpose of the appeal is a proposal to hold negotiations in some future between representatives of Humanity and representatives of the Coalition with a view to Humanity joining the Coalition.
Since negotiations will be possible only after Humanity has completed certain preconditions, below are these conditions, preceded for their correct understanding as brief information cosmogonic nature, and comparative characteristics way of thinking of Humanity.

Meanwhile, according to the observation of CON, Humanity is not at all guided by this or a similar strategy, leaving its development to chance and directing all its efforts to satisfy short-term needs.

The thinking of living matter and the very existence and development of living matter have common ground. Both are countercurrents of entropy. In thinking, this contradiction is expressed in the search for logic. Your thinking is also characterized by a search for logic, but this is where the similarity of your thinking with the thinking characteristic of the overwhelming majority of intelligent races included in the Coalition ends.
This circumstance forces many CON participants to doubt the legality of referring to you as an intelligent race. The basis of your logic is the concept of “yes-no”, as supposedly really existing and repeated many times during a step-by-step analysis of any complex issue. Moreover, the number of steps in the analysis is finite and most often very small. Finding an answer comes down to choosing one of 2, where 2 is the number of steps, possible solutions, while the most correct solution most often lies between them.

Our attitude towards you as an intelligent race is complicated by the following considerations. By nature, the human brain is endowed with a thinking apparatus no less perfect than the thinking organs of representatives of many intelligent races in the Universe. But the development of your thinking has taken a completely wrong path from the very beginning.
At the beginning of the development of the thinking process, the ability to think lies in the potential for a diverse reaction to the same information impact.
On the graph, hereinafter referred to as the logical foundation, the strength or tangibility of the reaction to the information impact is plotted vertically, the acceptability and pleasantness of this reaction is plotted horizontally to the right, and its unacceptability and unpleasantness is plotted to the left of zero. Like everything in nature that has not yet been processed by the activity of the mind counteracting entropy, this graph is chaotic, the bursts of the curve on it are explained by purely physiological threshold effects. Theoretical logical systems operate only with refined concepts of “no” and “yes,” excluding other options for logical reactions. These developments are a step backward even in comparison with the logical foundation of human thinking, presented in the previous diagram, since the area of the figure describing the logical foundation becomes zero instead of finite.
Using your mathematical language, we can say that your logic is based on a discrete foundation instead of a continuous one, and is based on the most primitive function, which has only two values. This suggests the inevitable conclusion that if your method of perceiving existence can be called thinking, then this system of thinking is the most primitive of all possible.
Discretization of logic forces you to extend the principle of discretization to everything that exists. Thus, the natural series of numbers, which in principle is a possible, but very artificial mathematical trick, having very little in common with real nature, has become for you the basis of those basics of mathematics, with which the vast majority of representatives of Humanity are only familiar. You strive to count everything and at the same time are unable to accurately convey, for example, information about the strength of the wind, if you do not express it numerically in points or pressure on square meter or a mile, and these three numbers, expressing the same force of wind, will not cause the same reaction in you until you make additional calculations and make sure that they really indicate the same thing.
The arithmetic series led you to the appearance of puzzles caused not by the reality of the world, but precisely by the primitiveness of your thinking. Meanwhile, you spend your energy trying to solve them and reconcile them with the picture of the world that appears to you, like real mysteries of nature. For example, the location of rational and irrational numbers on the real scale.
Discretization of logic forces you to split the whole perceived into separate facts, phenomena, concepts and categories, drawing artificial boundaries between them.
Discretization of logic and the principle of counting force you to assume that the number of attributes of an object is finite and to give names to each of them. This gives rise to a very dubious possibility of separating some signs from others - a technique you call abstraction. Movement along the steps of abstraction to more and more common features is considered by you to be the only true path to knowledge of the truth, while this movement is a path that leads in the opposite direction from the truth, into darkness. It is no coincidence that all your abstract constructions, called philosophical systems, are mutually contradictory, although they are based on the same logic. Step by step, plunging into darkness along the steps of abstraction, step by step losing touch with real world, philosophical systems They gradually lose their orientation and reach the point where, at the dead end of this movement, they give diametrically opposed answers to the meaningless question about the primacy of matter or spirit. Logic, based on “yes” - “no”, forces you to always and everywhere draw boundaries between different complexes of attributes of objects, and due to the weakness of this logic, which is especially evidently emphasized by their unequal arrangement in the words of different human languages. Your method of communication, which you consider one of the highest achievements of the human mind, is based on drawing these chaotic boundaries. The primitiveness of language as a way of exchanging information is shown by us already in counting the number of possible meaningful and correct phrases.
Language, as the main carrier of information, itself, in turn, influences your thinking, forcibly forcing it to more clearly adhere to the principle of discreteness. Therefore, in particular, your ethics and aesthetics contain many paired concepts that oppose each other as logical thesis and antithesis. Your public and personal morality is governed by rules polarized by the concepts of good - evil, life - death, gain - loss, recognition - non-recognition, love - hate and stuff in the same vein. Even your own observation does not help you that the meaning of these diametrical concepts is different among different peoples, and even among one people changes over time. And now, considering yourself a highly civilized Humanity, you, even in a jury trial, determine the guilt or innocence of the defendant on the “yes”-“no” principle, which may be acceptable for deciding the fate of one person, but cannot be acceptable at all for deciding the fate of nations. But even there the same principle of “yes” and “no” prevails during national referendums or voting in parliaments. Moreover, discrete logic allows you to trust the fate of nations and Humanity to several individual people. In international politics, such polar concepts for you are the concepts of “state of peace” and “state of war,” and you consider the sharp transition from one to the other, inherent only in your logic and contrary to nature, to be inherent in nature and implement it with truly insane determination. Only the last consideration allows us to consider the present appeal not hopeless, for it is natural that an agreement between Humanity and the Coalition can be achieved only after the elimination of the warlike habits of Humanity.
Part III
CON is also forced to be skeptical of Humanity for two reasons, generated, however, by the same primitiveness of logic, namely the attitude towards technical civilization and the fear of the death of the individual.
The development of technology in itself is certainly beneficial and encourages the CON to treat Humanity favorably as an intelligent race. But the fetishization of technology, and even more so the assignment to it of such a role that it becomes the main characteristic of your civilization, alarms us.
The history of mankind has developed chaotically. When certain areas of the Earth did not have a direct commutation connection, Humanity, in fact, carried out several experiments to create various types civilizations. CON approved some of them. Unfortunately, different civilizations could not coexist peacefully when, in the process of development and spread, opportunities for direct contacts between them appeared. As a rule, a more rude and primitive and therefore more cruel civilization destroyed a more developed and humane one, in order to, in turn, be destroyed by an even more rude one.
Currently, the Earth is dominated by the most primitive of all - machine civilization. It has embraced all of Humanity, holds it under its control and will not allow a new civilization to arise in the future, unless it destroys itself or unless Humanity takes control over the development of the world machine civilization into its own hands and gradually transforms it into another type of civilization, much more more necessary for an intelligent race. CON hopes that the impetus for such a restructuring can be the present appeal and all possible assistance that CON is able to provide to Humanity, if this help is needed and Humanity expresses the appropriate wish. It is necessary to stipulate that local civilizations, the centers of which were the city of Apuradhapura at the time of the first appeal and the city of Tkaattzetcoatl at the time of our second appeal, were much more consistent with the needs of Humanity than modern machine civilization, and as one of the options for its assistance, KON can offer Humanity the most detailed description these civilizations to accept them as possible models. On the other hand, we cannot refuse Humanity appropriate help, no matter how destructive it may be for the mind, since each intelligent race has the right to independently decide its own destiny.
Part IV
CON does not withdraw from contacts with Humanity and its individual representatives to discuss any issues and to provide positive assistance in any problems of a private nature. Origin of the message

There are several versions about the origin of the text of the message as we know it. An employee of the St. Petersburg newspaper “Anomaly”, Mikhail Gershtein, at one time collected and recorded the main ones.

According to one version, the message was transmitted in 1927 to Valaam (Komsomolskaya Pravda, May 31, 1995). According to another, they caught it on the radio in 1929 (almanac “We and UFOs,” 1991, No. 1). According to the third, the message was sent to a dying patient (unknown by whom) to his doctor (unknown to whom) in 1976 (“Working newspaper”, Kiev, March 1, 1990). This incredible discrepancy in itself is alarming.

Analysis of the message

The Coalition Observer Squad expected a response from Humanity, according to some sources, until November 28, 1977, and according to others, until 1979. Therefore, earthlings have only 65 thousand years to consider the proposal they have received.

Apparently the aliens have their own ideas about time. This device can also be used to stimulate stress, anxiety, quarrels, violence, paranoia, conflicts and wars. I immediately remember the lines of the apocalypse about a certain machine “The Beast” that allows people to freely communicate with God and independently control their behavior.

The KON envoy once again convinces the earthlings to join the coalition, since there is very little time left. There are many other aliens seeking to take over our planet. They have long had many hidden bases on our Earth and are monitoring its inhabitants.

This suggests the inevitable conclusion that if your method of perceiving existence can be called thinking, then this system of thinking is the most primitive of all possible. Your method of communication, which you consider one of the highest achievements of the human mind, is based on drawing these chaotic boundaries. The primitiveness of language as a way of exchanging information is shown by us already in counting the number of possible meaningful and correct phrases. Language, as the main carrier of information, itself, in turn, influences your thinking, forcibly forcing it to more clearly adhere to the principle of discreteness. Therefore, in particular, your ethics and aesthetics contain many paired concepts that oppose each other as logical thesis and antithesis. Your public and personal morality is guided by rules polarized by the concepts of good - evil, life - death, gain - loss, recognition - non-recognition, love - hate and stuff in the same vein. The development of technology in itself is, of course, beneficial and encourages the KOH to treat Humanity favorably as an intelligent race. But the fetishization of technology, and especially the assignment to it of such a role that it becomes the main characteristic of your civilization, alarms us. The history of mankind has developed chaotically. When certain areas of the Earth did not have direct communication links, Humanity, in fact, conducted several experiments to create different types of civilizations. Some of them were approved by the KOH. Language, as the main carrier of information, itself, in turn, influences your thinking, forcibly forcing it to more clearly adhere to the principle of discreteness. Therefore, in particular, your ethics and aesthetics contain many paired concepts that oppose each other as logical thesis and antithesis. Your public and personal morality is governed by rules polarized by the concepts of good - evil, life - death, gain - loss, recognition - non-recognition, love - hate and stuff in the same vein. The history of mankind has developed chaotically.
