Jip Crane Structure

JiP Premium all-welded carbon steel ball valves with standard bore

JiP Premium ball valves are two-position shut-off valves, designed for use in heating and industrial installations for liquid media. Tightness class A according to GOST R 9544 “Pipeline shut-off valves. Classes and standards of tightness of valves" (2005).
JiP Premium steel ball valves are mainly designed for water in external and internal heating networks at temperatures

The fully welded steel body of the cranes meets modern requirements requirements for fittings used in heat supply systems and provides high degree security.
The valve body is made of carbon steel and is not protected from corrosion. Therefore, to prevent corrosion, the tap should either

The self-crimping design of the ball seal, which consists of special lens springs with two rings made of fluoroplastic reinforced with carbon fiber, ensures the necessary tightness of closing the valve and optimal torque
ment required to turn the ball. In the basic version, the valves have a standard passage, but have an increased
throughput compared to analogues due to its design features(smooth entry and exit, cylindrical insert in a ball, etc.).

Unlike most analogues from other manufacturers, the maximum operating pressure of ball valves does not fall with increasing temperature within the declared operating temperature range (–40-180 °C). This is ensured by the design and thickness of the body, the choice of construction materials, and the absence of rubber in the rod seal.
