For a repairman

(5th category)

1. General Provisions

1.1. A repairman is hired and dismissed from work by order of the director of the enterprise on the recommendation of the chief engineer.

1.2. The repairman reports directly to the chief engineer.

1.3. In his activities, a repairman is guided by:

Charter of the enterprise;

Rules labor regulations;

Orders and instructions of the director of the enterprise ( immediate supervisor);

These operating instructions.

1.4. A repairman must know:

· design features repaired equipment, units and machines; technical specifications for repair, assembly, testing and regulation and for the correct installation of equipment, units and machines;

· technological process of repair, assembly and installation of equipment;

· rules for testing equipment for static and dynamic balancing of machines;

· geometric constructions with complex markings;

· methods for determining premature wear of parts;

· methods of restoring and strengthening worn parts and applying protective coating;

· internal labor regulations.

2. Characteristics of work.

The repairman is tasked with:

29. Cylinders, main and connecting rod bearings - check after running in and final fastening of all connections.

30. Economizers, steam superheaters, compressor and blower units - major repairs, delivery after testing.

31. Electric and ore-smelting furnaces - checking the alignment of the lifting screws, conveyor and fit of the furnace body on all four columns.

3. Responsibilities

· performs assigned work in a timely and high-quality manner;

takes place in in the prescribed manner periodic medical examinations;

· undergoes instructions on labor protection in accordance with the established procedure;

wears special clothes

· prepares workplace and means personal protection;

· checks the serviceability of equipment, devices, tools;

· complies with the requirements of personal hygiene and industrial sanitation;

· complies with the rules of use technological equipment, devices and tools, methods and techniques for safe work;

· immediately notifies the immediate supervisor of any deficiencies discovered during work;

· provides first (pre-medical) aid to victims of injury, poisoning, emergency situations and sudden illness;

4. Responsibility

3.1. The repairman is subject to disciplinary action in accordance with current legislation.

3.2. The repairman bears financial responsibility for failure to ensure the safety of the material assets entrusted to him. The Employer is liable for damage caused to the employer within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Disassembly, assembly and compaction of faolite and ceramic equipment and communications. Manufacturing of devices of medium complexity for repair and assembly. Performance rigging work when moving loads using simple lifting equipment and mechanisms controlled from the floor.
