People also report that two private kindergartens are not enough (after all, 2,000 families already live in the new residential neighborhood). And the construction of the school, which was supposed to be completed in 2017, has not yet been completed. There are also reports of a shortage of stores. There are also opinions that the amount of payment for utilities in residential complexes is quite high. But there are still more positive reviews, from which we can conclude that many people like living in the “Dream”. And in general, the residential complex really leaves a favorable impression. Moreover, this applies to all its blocks: from those built up with low-rise apartment buildings to a block of private houses, reminiscent of a respectable cottage community.

To summarize: don’t expect anything supernatural from “Dream”; it doesn’t live up to its name in everything. However, in many ways, this is one of the best residential projects in the Dmitrovsky district and, at the same time, quite adequate for the money. Sales at Mechta are going at a good pace, but there is a choice and it is quite wide.
