This version of the heating structure is so compact and simple in design that even a novice craftsman can build it if he wants to install a brick stove in a country house. In order for the work to be of high quality, and for the stove to stand for many years, it is necessary to follow the recommendations and adhere to the presented procedure diagrams.

This oven has the following dimensions: width – 510 mm, depth – 640 mm and height – 2150 mm. The design has a single-burner hob and an oven, which, if desired, can be replaced with a drying chamber or a water heating tank.

These dimensions assume a firebox depth of no more than 500 mm, and a chimney opening with a cross-section of one brick laid flat.

It should be noted that the presence of a hob and oven not only allow you to prepare hot food, but also contribute to faster heating of the room where such a stove is installed.

To ensure the compactness of the stove, its design is designed in such a way that the firebox, cooking chamber, oven and smoke exhaust channels are located vertically. The solution is usually diluted at the rate of two buckets of mixture per 100 bricks.

Second option

This stove model is suitable for a dacha only if you need to provide efficient heating in the rooms, since it is capable of fully heating two rooms. large rooms. Therefore, such stoves are most often installed even as part of the wall, which serves as a partition for them. The design does not have a hob or oven, so it cannot be used to cook hot food or boil a kettle.

    It is better to make the afterburner for such a furnace from heat-resistant steel, giving it the shape of a trough.   3. Long-burning stoves - the bell-type design turned out to be so effective for metal stoves that it made it possible to abandon the flame: not a single metal bell is capable of absorbing only the amount of heat released by fire without overheating. The furnaces were switched to smoldering mode, which at the same time made it possible to extend the heat transfer period to several days for firewood and 10-30 days for coal. A simplified diagram of such a furnace without an oxygen supply system is shown in the image above under the letter “B”. In it, fuel (1) smolders at the very surface (2), where oxygen enters. Pyrolysis breaks down the fuel into volatile components, which rise up and burn in the bell (3), releasing about 60% of the heat. To increase the efficiency, a gas jacket (4) must be installed on the stove, where the flue gases can burn out. The efficiency of such stoves can be increased up to 80% or even more, so this is the most common type.
    If you decide to opt for this option, there are some points to consider. So, despite the fact that any solid fuel can be used for such stoves, they will be most effective only when fired with the fuel for which they were designed. Moreover, the fuel should be as dry as possible, and it is extremely undesirable to reload it until the previous batch is completely burned. A lot of toxic condensate will always form in the chimney of such stoves, so you should ensure its safe drainage.

  4. Oil-pyrolysis - also known as waste furnaces. Very economical option, popular among self-taught stove makers.
